What makes INTO ABROAD's US Schooling Camp special
The Full Texas Private School Experience
At a prestigious private Christian school in Texas, students take 7 hours of regular classes a day from outstanding teachers alongside American students. Through regular classes with local students, small classes, a safe school environment and a program tailored to international students, plus a 24-hour English Policy that continues after school and an English-only community, students pick up natural English in an environment built on absorption rather than memorization.
Tours of 4 Major Texas Cities · Global Network
Campus visits to the "Ivy League of the South" — RICE University, UT-Austin and TEXAS A&M — and meetings with real college students help turn future career and study plans into concrete goals. Tours of top-10 US cities and Fortune 500 companies showcase world-class technology trends, and visits to the NASA Space Center and the State Capitol build a sense of global leadership. There are also 1–2 field trips every week, including outlets and grocery stores.
Plus a Tour of LA, America's Top Destination
Explore the culture and top universities of the US West Coast: Universal Studios (a theme park of dreams and fantasy), Hollywood (experience the city of movies), UCLA (a campus tour of a top US university), USC (a cradle of global talent) and even Griffith Observatory. A powerfully motivating time to see your dreams in art, culture, media and business all at once.
Parent Academy for Accompanying Parents
Expert lectures covering everything from study-abroad preparation to career planning. With the latest US study-abroad trends, career planning strategies for your child, US student visa (F-1) guidance and preparation, and a one-on-one consultation Q&A, parents see and prepare on site. For KRW 2.5 million per parent (4 weeks), parents live together at the INTO ABROAD US center.
Mentally and Physically Safe Life in the US
The camp is based in College Station, a safe area near Houston, Texas, and students travel everywhere by our own pickup system, so student safety is managed thoroughly. The program builds character by bringing to the US the educational know-how of a Korean alternative school whose graduates have gone on to leading universities such as Korea University, Sungkyunkwan University and Handong Global University. No media! Young mentors from US universities manage the dormitory, and through 1:1 mentoring and small-group meetings students learn to open up and build relationships with people of all ages.
Better English & a Global Mindset
All activities with American native speakers are in English, and TOEFL / vocabulary / conversation / essay feedback / English presentation classes help students lose their fear of English and take a step up. We share career center counseling results and level test results so you can see the change over 4 weeks for yourself.
Small groups, close supervision. This is a schooling partner school we run exclusively every year. Students depart together as a group (with a chaperone), and local Korean guardians and staff meet them on arrival at the Texas airport.
